Century semi, whole main floor
Carpet lifted, subfloor levelled, white oak engineered plank laid throughout, then walls, ceilings and trim finished after the floor was down and protected. Nine working days.
Most of the work happens before anyone sees a finish.

We walk the space together with a light. Anything on the list gets fixed before we invoice.
